Social Action in Médiouna – Pink October & National Women’s Day

As part of National Women’s Day and the Pink October campaign, the Dar Zhor Association carried out a major social outreach initiative in Médiouna, in collaboration with the Association of Friends of Health of the Province of Médiouna and the Mother and Child Health Reference Center.

This initiative raised awareness among more than 150 underprivileged women about the importance of early screening for breast and cervical cancers, as well as HPV vaccination.

With the support of partners such as NIVEA and Hikma Pharmaceuticals, over 100 free mammograms will be provided, helping improve access to care for the most vulnerable women.
